About Me

MK: I am a final-year resident in anesthesiology and critical care in Lille, France. Obsessed with space conquest and space medicine, I believe that this is where the survival of mankind resides. So far I studied and worked for 2 months at the NASA Johnson Space Center and 16 months at the European Astronaut Centre in Cologne, Germany. Other edifying experiences involved practicing anesthesia in Siberia (Yakutsk) and on the Reunion Island (Indian Ocean). As a hobby I write code and build small robots which one day will come to life and explore their environment. Concerned about staying fit, I enjoy sports but can’t help building my own hiking gear with the aim of cutting down its weight to the extreme. Should've been an engineer, damn…
